We will inform you of the exact costs for any treatment before it is performed and what your insurance, if there is any, should pay. We know no one likes to be surprised, and we are not in the business of tricking anyone. We value integrity and want you to feel like you are receiving the best dental care possible.
Pretreatment Estimate
For non-emergency procedures, we strongly recommend submitting a pretreatment estimate to the dental insurance carrier. The dental insurance carrier will review the information we submit and will mail an estimate to our office. This process on average takes three weeks. Some insurance companies will mail a copy to the insured as well as the dental office. Upon receipt, we will call you to discuss their estimate and your out of pocket responsibility.
